Our Fees
We believe in transparent pricing, so you know the expected fees for each clinic visit in advance. For first-time patients choosing a “see and treat” appointment, quoted fees are indicative and will be confirmed during the initial consultation before any procedure is undertaken.
Some RRMG treatments may not be covered by medical insurers, Arthrosamid injection and certain innovative non-surgical procedures such as Lipogems, CooledRF, and Tenex. PRP coverage varies depending on the condition being treated.
Urgent Appointments & Procedures: Appointments or procedures requiring expedited access or outside standard scheduling may incur an additional fee.
Insured Clients
Patients using private medical insurance for treatment and rehabilitation are charged according to their insurer’s published fee guidelines, subject to any policy excesses or exclusions.
We will provide the relevant CCSD procedure code to support your pre-authorisation. Once treatment is approved, you can provide your pre-authorisation and membership numbers so we can submit the charges directly to your insurer. If these details are not provided, payment will be required at the time of treatment, and you can then claim reimbursement from your insurer.
For insured patients, fees generally cover the consultant’s services only. Imaging and procedure facility fees are charged separately by the clinic.
Self-funding clients
We regularly treat self-funding clients and are able to provide quotations for all investigations and treatments that we provide. This includes imaging studies such as ultrasound, X-ray and MRI scans.
Payment in full is required on the day, for consultations, outpatient treatments, medical aids, and investigations, with the exception of Arthrosamid, Lipogems and Tenex which is required in advance of the procedure appointment. The Imaging Centre will also require payment on the day for imaging investigations.
The standard price list below is for self-funding patients and is inclusive of consultant and clinic fees. Instalment payments for self-funding patients are an option – please contact us for more information.
Cancellation Policy
- Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- If you don’t attend your appointment (“no-show”), the full fee applies.
- Prepaid treatments can be credited or refunded if cancelled more than 24 hours before your appointment (in line with UK consumer law).
- Once a medical treatment has been carried out, it cannot be refunded.
- If treatment is not suitable on medical grounds, we will offer an alternative treatment or refund.
We know emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
