At Advanced Non-Surgical Joint Treatment, we help people manage joint pain, musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries through specialist, evidence-based non-surgical care.
Led by Dr Ralph Rogers MD PhD MBA, Consultant in Regenerative Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, our London clinic combines extensive international experience with advanced assessment, imaging and regenerative treatment options.
Whether you are living with persistent knee, hip, shoulder, ankle or spinal pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to remain active as you age, our focus is simple: understand the cause of your problem, reduce pain and help you move with greater confidence.
Dr Ralph Rogers MD PhD MBA is an internationally recognised Consultant in Regenerative Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, with decades of experience in musculoskeletal care and elite sports medicine.
His medical and academic training spans leading institutions in Europe and the United States, including specialist qualifications in Exercise Physiology and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging.
Dr Rogers has worked with elite athletes at the highest level of professional sport, including as a First Team Doctor for Chelsea Football Club and as a Medical Adviser to the National Basketball Association (NBA).
This experience has shaped his approach to patient care: detailed assessment, precise diagnosis and carefully considered treatment.
Joint pain is rarely as simple as a single symptom.
Our approach begins by understanding you, your symptoms and the way your body moves. We take time to explore your medical history, perform a thorough clinical assessment and, where appropriate, use advanced imaging to establish a clearer diagnosis.
Depending on your condition, assessment may include:
Our experience in elite sports medicine has taught us the importance of precision, performance and recovery. We bring that same level of attention to every patient we treat. You don’t need to be a professional athlete. Whether you are dealing with arthritis, an ongoing injury, age-related joint changes or persistent musculoskeletal pain, you deserve specialist care that takes your individual needs seriously.
Our philosophy is simple: elite standards for everyone.
No two patients are the same.
You may want to return to sport, exercise without discomfort, continue an active lifestyle, or simply move through everyday life with less pain.
Your treatment plan is therefore built around your condition, your lifestyle and your goals.
Where appropriate, treatment may include regenerative medicine, targeted injections, rehabilitation, exercise-based therapy and biomechanical support.
We focus on realistic outcomes and long-term joint health rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and goals.
A comprehensive clinical examination helps us understand your condition and how it affects your movement and function. goals.
Where appropriate, advanced imaging and musculoskeletal assessment are used to help establish an accurate diagnosis.
We explain your diagnosis and discuss the most appropriate treatment options, including their potential benefits and limitations.
Where suitable, your care may combine regenerative treatments, targeted procedures, rehabilitation and exercise-based strategies.
We provide ongoing support and follow-up where required, helping you work towards your individual recovery and mobility goals.
We believe good treatment starts with good diagnosis.
Regenerative medicine and non-surgical treatments can offer valuable options for many musculoskeletal conditions, but they are not a miracle cure and are not appropriate for everyone.
Our approach is grounded in clinical experience, current evidence and careful patient assessment.
We take the time to explain your options clearly, helping you make informed decisions about your health and treatment.
Where non-surgical care is appropriate, our goal is to help you reduce pain, improve function and stay active for longer.
I had been living with persistent knee pain for years and was told more than once that a knee replacement was inevitable. Dr Rogers took a very different approach, carefully assessing my movement, scanning the joint and explaining all the options in clear, sensible language. After a course of regenerative treatment and a targeted exercise programme, my pain has reduced dramatically and I am back to walking several miles a day. It feels like I have my life back without having to go through major surgery.
Knee Pain Treatment
As a keen amateur triathlete, a shoulder and hip injury left me unable to train properly for almost a year. I chose to see Dr Rogers because of his background with professional athletes, and it was absolutely the right decision. He identified underlying biomechanical issues that had been missed elsewhere and put together a structured plan that combined regenerative therapy, rehabilitation and training advice. I am now back competing, stronger and more confident in my body than before the injury.
Sports Injury Treatment
Osteoarthritis in my hands and knees had gradually taken over my day-to-day life. Simple tasks became difficult and I had started to avoid activities I used to enjoy. From the first consultation, Dr Rogers listened carefully and set realistic expectations, focusing on what could be improved rather than promising miracles. With a combination of non-surgical joint treatment, tailored exercises and practical lifestyle guidance, my pain levels have reduced significantly and I am managing far better than I thought possible at my age.
Osteoarthritis Treatment
Chronic joint pain had been affecting both my mobility and confidence for far too long. Everyday movements became uncomfortable, and I found myself limiting the things I could do. Dr Rogers took the time to understand my concerns and explained my treatment options clearly, without making unrealistic promises. Through a combination of non-surgical joint treatment, personalised exercises and ongoing guidance, my pain has improved considerably and I now feel much more comfortable.
